We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team on a contract basis. If you have a passion for turning data into meaningful insights, solving problems, and empowering teams with your expertise, this role is for you!
 
About the Role
As a Power BI Developer, you will take ownership of our reporting suite—fixing bugs, making improvements, and ensuring reports meet business needs. You will also be responsible for training team members, helping them get the most out of Power BI.
 
This is a self-led role, so strong organisation and initiative are essential. You will be expected to manage your workload independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Power BI Developer

• Build & Maintain – Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards
• Bug Fixing – Identify and resolve issues to ensure data accuracy and performance
• Continuous Improvement – Optimise reports for efficiency and usability
• Training & Support – Upskill team members on Power BI best practices
• Self-Management – Prioritise tasks and work autonomously to meet deadlines

 
What We’re Looking For in the ideal Power BI Developer

• Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimise existing reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience training others on Power BI usage
• A proactive and organised approach to work
