Are you detail-oriented with a passion for finance and client service? We’re looking for a motivated  Administrator to support our team in delivering exceptional financial advice to our clients!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, ensuring seamless operations
  • Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and reports as a Administrator
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups as a Administrator
  • Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses and excellent service
  • Help maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and experience as a Administrator 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in financial services or administrative roles is advantageous
