We’re looking for an experienced Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our EHS initiatives and drive a culture of safety and responsibility within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Champion a safe working environment ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to as a Health and Safety Manager.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Adhering to Legal Compliance related to EHS matters and updating management on new legislation as a Health and safety manager. 
• Lead investigations, record and report on all accidents
• Drive EHS training and communication throughout the site, planning, and providing relevant inductions and training courses for employees and contractors
• Establish safety audits, site walks and inspections which encourage a process of ongoing improvement in environmental and safety standards
• Design and implement environmental management systems
• Manage and continuously improve ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations as a Health and safety Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management 
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) is essential as a Health and safety manager
