Panel Builder Supervisor- What's on offer?

• £35,000-£37,500 per annum

Panel Builder Supervisor-What would your day look like?

• Assemble, test, and service various electrical control panels and related automation systems
• Develop and implement effective work procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee and coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, materials, and tools
• Complete necessary documentation and test reports for control panels with precision
• Review tasks for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues promptly
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated
• Foster positive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Promote and apply principles of continuous improvement to enhance operational practices

Panel Builder Supervisor- What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in control panel assembly
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship/qualification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience in maintaining high safety and work standards
