Job RoleYour key responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator & Valuer include but are not limited to:
- Conduct property valuations and appraisals.
- Create longstanding client relationships, providing expert advice on property sales and purchases.
- Manage the sales process from listing to closing, including negotiation of offers and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Generate new business, relationships, and partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values and industry regulations to provide accurate and informed advice to clients.
- Run your own office and create a local network.
Skills & Experience- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator & Valuer.
- Proven history of winning new business.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, go-getter attitude.
- Full UK driving licence and car.
