Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing administrative tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in the preparation of shipping and receiving documentation.
Co-ordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain organised filing systems for all warehouse-related documentation.
Generate reports on inventory levels, order status and other key metrics as required.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues.
Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks as needed.

Successful candidates will have:

Experience using Microsoft Office Packages; Word, Excel, Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
Needs to be happy and comfortable walking in and out of the warehouse numerous times a day.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in a warehouse administration or similar role.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday- 8am to 4pm
