Job Description
Location: Dudley
Pay Rate: £12.21ph rising to £14.08ph (after 12 weeks)
Hours: Weekly Rotating Shift (Mornings/ Afternoons)
We’re looking for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client based in Brierley Hill. This is a long-term position offering great stability, a supportive team, and excellent pay progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries and raw materials
- Supplying materials to production lines
- Manual handling of plastic products and components
- General warehouse and housekeeping duties
- Working closely with production and warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Hours of work:
- Mornings: Monday to Thursday- 5.40am to 1.50pm, Friday- 5.40am to 11.30am
- Afternoons: Monday to Thursday- 1.40pm to 9.50pm, Friday- 11.20am to 5.10pm
