*** £31,200 - £33,500 per annum

*** 9am - 6pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and supporting Installation Engineers with day-to-day line management and logistical coordination.
- Overseeing fleet operations, including vehicle checks, maintenance scheduling, and promoting safe driving practices.
- Ensuring smooth installations, excellent customer communication, and professional service at every stage.
- Monitoring team performance, maintaining compliance, and providing hands-on support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and developing staff, including performance reviews and 1-to-1s.
- Managing vehicle maintenance to ensure roadworthiness, cleanliness, and legal compliance.
- Coordinating on-call cover and stepping in for urgent jobs where needed.
- Supervising stock, paperwork, and loading/unloading in line with internal policies.
- Ensuring high standards during product handovers and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven leader with attention to detail and accountability.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- A commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence.
- Experience in fleet management or installation environments (preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence (required).
