We’re looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join a busy production team. As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing lines running smoothly and ensuring high-quality products reach our customers on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Carrying out quality checks to maintain our high standards
Following work instructions and adhering to health & safety guidelines
Assisting with changeovers, cleaning, and basic machine maintenance
Working as part of a supportive team to meet daily production targets

Shift Pattern:
You will work on a 3-shift rotation:

Morning Shift: [ 6am – 2pm]
Afternoon Shift: [2pm – 10pm]
Night Shift: [10pm – 6am]

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
A good work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to work across all three shifts on a rotating basis
Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times
