We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Press Brake Setter Operator to join our dynamic fabrication team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to high-quality metalwork across a range of industries.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf)
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, job sheets, and technical specs
• Select correct tooling and program machine for various bending operations
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
• Make manual adjustments to ensure accuracy and meet tolerances
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Report faults and assist with basic machine maintenance

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bend allowances
• Strong understanding of sheet metal work and fabrication techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility for overtime or shift changes when needed
