Job Description
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and is driven to meet targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently to required standards
- Work in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily and weekly targets
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality at all times
- Follow instructions and production schedules
- Carry out basic quality checks on finished products
- Keep workstations clean and organised
- Previous experience in an assembly or production role preferred
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
