Job Description
Pay Rates:
- First 12 weeks: £12.21 per hour
- After 12 weeks: £15.12 per hour
Hours of Work – Night Shifts:
- Monday to Thursday:
- 9:40pm - 5:50am
- Friday:
- 5:00pm - 10:50pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assembling small components using basic techniques
- Checking finished parts against written specifications
- Learning and operating basic machine controls such as start/stop functions under supervision
- Packing and preparing finished products in line with specifications
- Operating small presses and fixtures to fit components and fixings
- Working flexibly across different production areas as required
