Shift: 5:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising to £14.50–£15.00 once permanent) + overtime available
 
We are currently recruiting Foundry Operatives for a respected leader in the casting industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to secure long-term, stable employment in manufacturing.
 
Role – Foundry Operative
As a Foundry Operative, you will:

• Assist in all aspects of the casting process within the foundry
• Prepare moulds and cores for production
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Work in a physically demanding environment
• Support the production team to meet deadlines

 
Requirements – Foundry Operative

• Previous experience as a Foundry Operative, production operative, or within heavy industry is desirable, but full training is provided
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced conditions
• Team player with good attention to detail
