Job Description
Kielder Water- Tower Knowe Visitor Centre
Up to 40 hours per week
£13.45 per hour
(Opportunity for live in accommodation for working days)
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our client Northumbrian Water's team based in Tower Knowe visitors centre in Kielder
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean front of house area
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day service
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and provide cover for holidays
- Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided
