We are actively recruiting a HR Administrator for Northern Powergrid based at their Shiremoor site in North Shields. This role will be working within the recruitment and on boarding team and helping Administer the compliance for new starters in the business.
the ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, previous administration experience and be able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
Location: Shiremoor
37 hours a week Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.40pm

£11.44 per hourResponsibilities;- DBS Applications and renewals for new and current staff
- Applying and updating DBS records for 1500-20000 employees
- Contacting employees for personal information and ID documents
- Accurate and timey data input
- Auditing documents and files
- Filing
- Using multiple IT systems
- Working alongside the HR team for any additional tasks in relation to on boarding documents
