Location: Kettering
Pay: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 06:00 – 15:30
Are you a skilled Fabricator looking for a consistent, early-shift role with a reputable local team? We are looking for a precision-driven Aluminium Fabricator to join our production facility in Kettering.
The Role
You will be responsible for the high-quality assembly and fabrication of aluminium systems. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, so an eye for detail and a right-first-time attitude are essential.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven background in aluminium fabrication.
- Specialism: Ideally, you have direct experience working with Smarts Aluminium Heritage systems.
- Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, use hand/power tools accurately, and meet production deadlines.
- Reliability: Comfortable with a 06:00 start and a desire for a stable Monday-to-Friday routine.
- Work-Life Balance: Finish at 15:30 every day—have your afternoons back!
- Hours: 45 hours per week (with a daily 30-minute unpaid break).
- Competitive Pay: Weekly pay based on your level of expertise.
