The Milton Keynes team is led by a senior lawyer recognised as a Leading Individual in Chambers & Partners (2026) and a Recommended Lawyer and Leading Partner in The Legal 500 (2026). The team advises senior management teams and boards, handles complex disputes, and provides strategic employment law guidance across all sectors.

The Role

The firm is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate / Managing Associate with 2+ years PQE to join its Milton Keynes Employment team. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role providing exposure to a wide variety of employment matters and the opportunity to work directly with senior clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert employment law advice to a range of clients
  • Manage complex employment disputes
  • Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, and related documentation
