Reach / Bendi Driver

We're looking for an experienced Flexi Driver to join our team. We're also offering upskilling opportunities for qualified Reach Truck Drivers who want to expand their skills. The role is based at our Corby site.

Role: Flexi Driver / Reach Truck Driver Upskill
Pay Rate: £14.41 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts)
Hours: 18:00 start (nights)
Location: Corby
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

- Operating a Flexi/Bendi truck to move, stack, and retrieve goods within the warehouse.
- Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet operational targets.

Requirements

- A valid Flexi/Bendi truck license is essential for experienced applicants.
- A valid Reach Truck license is required for those seeking upskilling.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and able to commit to the night shift pattern.
