Job Description

Our client in Northamptonshire is looking for a Counterbalance Operative to join their team.
  • Temp to perm
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 5pm
  • £12.50 p/h

The role will involve:
  • Unloading trailers safely and putting goods away using a counterbalance.
  • Receiving stock in trailers and tipping the pallets (there will be max 2 trailers per
  • day).
  • Labelling goods as required with location and route number.
  • Moving goods safely to designated loading areas using a counterbalance.
  • Separating goods into different depot locations.
  • Working quickly and concisely.
  • Checking the quality and accuracy of goods are delivered against purchase
  • orders.
  • Reporting if goods are damaged or when discrepancies have occurred.
  • Picking, packing, and labelling goods accurately from order documentation.
  • Following all training and guidance provided, maintaining health and safety
  • regulations.
  • Highlight when there is visible evidence of need for repair or maintenance.
