Job Description
Location: Cork City & County, Ireland
Rate: £45–£55 per hour | 8+ hours/day - 1/2 years contract
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead mechanical installation projects on a contract basis. You’ll manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate labour and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Track progress, maintain accurate site documentation, and report weekly.
- Manage materials, equipment, and on-site resources efficiently.
- Support quality assurance and project close-out activities.
- 3+ years’ experience in mechanical construction (5+ preferred).
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- IT proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF) and ability to review drawings.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
