CNC Turner & Programmer – Datchet

ASAP Start | Temp to Perm (12 Weeks)
£14.00 – £22.00 per hour PAYE (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (30-minute break)

We’re currently seeking a skilled CNC Turner & Programmer to join a precision engineering company based in Datchet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
• Write and edit CNC programs to produce high-quality components.
• Use Fusion 360 and other CAM software to create and optimise tool paths.
• Ensure parts are machined to drawing specifications and tolerances.
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance on machines.
• Work to deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and accuracy.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience operating Haas lathes and SD15 machines is very beneficial
• Ability to operate CNC milling machines would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and precision machining.
