About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator based in Ibstock, responsible for the accurate filing, handling, and storage of confidential documents. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail who takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and organising confidential documents
- Filing paperwork in line with company procedures
- Storing files securely in designated areas within the warehouse
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and logging of documents
- Adhering to data protection and confidentiality policies at all times
- General administrative duties as required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Previous administration or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.25 – £14.00 per hour (depending on shift)
