**OFFICE ADMINISTRATION NEEDED**
**PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES**
Here at Pertemps we are recruiting for 2 admin assistants one being part time and one being full time if you have admin experience and are looking for a new role please do carry on reading and apply we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence professionally
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well-organised
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with on-boarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Requirements:- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
