About the Role: We are currently looking for a proactive
Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team based in
Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a minimum of
6 months’ customer service experience who is confident handling both customer queries and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries
- Performing accurate and efficient data entry and maintaining internal databases
- Providing clear, helpful, and friendly communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting general administrative tasks
Requirements:- Minimum of 6 months' experience in a customer service role would be preferable (office, retail, or call centre)
- Experience with data entry and handling outbound calls is highly desirable
- Administrative experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems
