Role Overview: 
As a Registered Nurse, at MPS Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Working closely with the NHS Wales Health Boards, along with other healthcare facilities and institutions in Wales. You will provide your expertise and professionalism to ensure the well-being of patients.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' mental health and emotional well-being. 
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. 
• Administering and monitoring medications and treatments as prescribed. 
• Providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions to residents and their families. 
• Assisting in the management of challenging behaviours and de-escalation techniques. 
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. 
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care. 
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices. 

Requirements: 

• Valid and active NMC Registration. 
• 6 Months proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with EMIexpertise. 
• Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. 
• Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 
• This post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check - which, if you are not on the DBS Update Service, MPS Healthcare will process for you free of charge.
