Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist assessment and intervention to a defined caseload across the Assessment Ward, Treatment Wards, and the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
Utilize the Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) as the primary model of practice.
Ensure all assessments and interventions are evidence-based and evaluated using recognized outcome measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Support patients in their recovery journey through tailored occupational therapy interventions.

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services in a mental health setting.
Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
Familiarity with MOHO and a commitment to using evidence-based practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills to manage a varied caseload.

Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience working in an Assessment Ward, Treatment Ward, or PICU.
Experience with specific outcome measures relevant to mental health occupational therapy.
