Job Description

Job Title: Class 2 (HGV) Driver

Location: Loughborough
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour + £25 per day (food & parking allowance)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 2 (HGV) Driver to join our team based in Loughborough. This role offers regular, ongoing work with early starts and overnight stopouts during the week. There is a possibility to go permanent after a successful 4 week trial period.

The Role:
  • Multi-drop deliveries and/or collections as required
  • Ensuring loads are secure and delivered safely
  • Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Complying with all driving regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card
  • Good knowledge of UK road networks
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Comfortable with overnight stays in the vehicle during the week
