Branch Administrator
My client is looking to recruit a branch administrator to join the existing team.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and administration experience.
Duties of a branch administrator
- Deal with visitors and drivers in a courteous manner
- Liaise with customers and internal departments
- Query resolution
- Input and process customer orders
- Update stock system, carry out stock checks and arrange transfers
- Prepare estimates and quotes
- Arrange collections/deliveries
- Deal with drivers
- Deliver customer service excellence
- General administrative
