Branch Administrator

My client is looking to recruit a branch administrator to join the existing team.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills and administration experience.

Duties of a branch administrator
 
  • Deal with visitors and drivers in a courteous manner
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments
  • Query resolution
  • Input and process customer orders
  • Update stock system, carry out stock checks and arrange transfers
  • Prepare estimates and quotes
  • Arrange collections/deliveries
  • Deal with drivers
  • Deliver customer service excellence
  • General administrative
