Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Location: Remote
Are you a skilled project management professional with a passion for transformational change and continuous improvement? We're recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation for an experienced HR Consultant to support a major People Transformation Programme.
In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic change projects and provide expert guidance to enhance performance, processes, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects within a transformational change programme
- Apply continuous improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt) to improve organisational processes
- Develop, manage, and interpret dashboards to support data-led decisions
- Produce high-quality written reports and documentation for internal and external audiences
- Facilitate workshops and present complex ideas in a clear, accessible manner
- Influence strategy, policy development, and change management initiatives
- Mentor and support teams in embedding best practices across projects
- Recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM)
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement experience
- Proven track record of delivering transformational or organisational change
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a matrixed and collaborative environment
- Experience within the public sector is desirable but not essential
