Direct Sales Executive
Location: Bradford
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Working Pattern: 11:30am – 7:30pm (includes paid break and travel time)
Salary: Up to £26,070 + Commission (£5000+ Earning potential annually)
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Overtime: Available at weekends – additional bonus potential

About the Role
We are recruiting confident and motivated Direct Sales Executives to join a growing field sales team representing a well-established dairy doorstep delivery service with a long-standing reputation across the UK.
This is a face-to-face, field-based sales role promoting everyday household dairy products, making it a natural and straightforward conversation with customers. You will work within local communities, introducing residents to a convenient home delivery service and signing up new customers.
You will not be working alone, all field sales executives operate in small, supportive teams, with clear guidance, mapped areas, and ongoing support from experienced Team Leaders.
This is a great company to be apart of, after being established for over 30 years, delivering fresh dairy to local families and businesses, they are now looking to expand their team by almost double by next year due to an increase in business. With brilliant hours starting at 11:30am, its perfect for those early morning school drop offs or even a trip to the gym!

Key Responsibilities
• Represent the service professionally as a brand ambassador
• Confidently approach and engage potential customers
• Clearly explain the products, pricing and delivery process
• Handle questions and objections in a professional manner
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales and retention targets
• Accurately capture customer information using a CRM system
• Work within mapped areas provided by your Team Leader
• Distribute promotional materials
• Deliver excellent customer service to support long-term retention
