The RoleIn this dynamic and exciting role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their orders are processed smoothly. This role involves working with different teams to manage shipments, documents and records efficiently. You’ll also:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates and support.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to track orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure smooth handovers and visibility across the team.
