Salary: £38,000 + Commission (up to £40k annually)

As the sole provider currently making this sustainable transition, we are looking for an ambitious
Key Account Manager to develop commercial bulk sales in a pivotal region.
You’ll play a crucial role in expanding reach, maintaining high customer retention rates, and driving profitability while contributing to a cleaner energy future.
The RoleIn this hybrid field and home-based role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business and managing relationships with existing customers across Northern England. You’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio, meeting targets for volume, revenue, and margin growth, and positioning BioLPG as the future of sustainable energy.
- Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, and profitability within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- This role requires regular travel within a defined region (including S, DN, LS, HG, NE postcodes), with occasional national travel for key events.
The Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for a sales professional with experience in the gas or energy sector (LPG knowledge is a bonus!) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a technical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for closing deals at senior levels, you’ll fit right in. You will also have:
- Proven track record in profitable sales and account management
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable with IT systems and managing sales pipelines
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly
- Personal attributes like strong organisational skills, time management, and the ability to network effectively
