Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
Contract: TemporaryRole OverviewWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redditch. This role will focus on processing sales orders and providing accurate data entry support. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Entering and maintaining data within internal systems and spreadsheets
- Checking order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Supporting with general administrative duties as required
- Assisting with email and telephone queries where necessary
Skills & Experience Required- Previous administrative and/or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- Reliable and professional approach to work
