Job Title: Call Centre Advisor (Temporary Contract) Location: Alcester (Fully Office-Based)
Contract: Temporary, 15th December – End of January
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a confident and customer-focused
Call Centre Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has excellent communication skills, and can quickly identify the nature of a call to ensure it is directed appropriately.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Gather accurate and relevant information from callers
- Record call details clearly and efficiently
- Identify calls that fall outside the team’s remit and provide appropriate signposting to the correct department or service
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support smooth call handling and customer experience
About You: - Strong communication and listening skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and able to commit to the full duration of the contract
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
