Job Title: Administrator – Temp to Perm 
Location: Redditch 
Salary: £12.50 per hour 
Hours: Full-time, office-based (9:00am - 5:30pm)

About the Role: Our client, a well-established company based in Redditch, is seeking a reliable and organised 
Administrator to join their friendly team on a 
temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a small amount of accounts experience who is looking to grow within a supportive business. 
Key Responsibilities:- General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
 - Processing invoices and supporting with basic accounts tasks
 - Assisting with purchase orders and supplier queries
 - Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
 - Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative requirements
 - Answering calls and responding to customer or supplier enquiries professionally
 
Key Skills & Experience Required:- Previous experience in an administrative role
 - Some experience with basic accounts work (e.g. invoice processing, data entry, reconciliations)
 - Good attention to detail and accuracy
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
 - Excellent communication and organisational skills
 - A team player with a proactive approach
