Location: Solihull (B91)
Rate: £13.10 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Start Date: 03/11/2025
End Date: 19/12/2025 (with potential extension)
DBS: Enhanced DBS required
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Learning Facilitator to join their team based in Solihull (B91). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting and engaging young learners aged 16–19.
As a Learning Facilitator, you will:

• Deliver face-to-face training sessions and onboarding activities.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
• Inspire and guide young learners, helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements:
✅ Experience delivering in-person learning or training sessions.
✅ Confident working with learners aged 16–19.
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
✅ Enhanced DBS (current).
