Are you a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to kickstart your career in a hands-on manufacturing environment?
We’re a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch, and we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your engineering skills, gain real-world experience in a production environment, and grow within a company that values technical development and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the engineering team with design, development, and manufacturing processes
• Assist in process improvements, tooling design, and production efficiency projects
• Work alongside senior engineers to learn how to solve real engineering problems on the shop floor
• Contribute to materials testing, quality control, and product development

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Knowledge or interest in metallurgy
• A-Level in Chemistry or equivalent background in materials science
