Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Redditch
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £22,222

We are hiring on behalf of our client – a leading company in the medical device industry – for the position of Warehouse Administrator at their Redditch facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, providing essential support to the distribution department. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management of goods from the UK office to end users, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Logistics:
  • Pick, pack, and ship consignment orders with precision and efficiency.
  • Load and unload courier shipments.
  • Respond to field team and customer queries via telephone and email.
  • Maintain a clean and organised environment.
  • Support the Distribution Manager with any additional admin tasks as required.
Loaner Inventory & Processing:
  • Process outgoing loan shipments and keep the field team informed.
  • Manage incoming loan kits including receipting, invoicing, and stock replenishment.
  • Conduct checks on returned kits, report issues to the Team Lead or Distribution Manager.
Warehousing & Stock Control:
  • Receive and store goods following proper procedures.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support year-end and field audits.
  • Report stock discrepancies promptly.
Office Administration:
  • Post end-of-day invoices.
  • Scan and upload invoices to SharePoint.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in distribution, logistics, or a warehouse environment is desirable.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable using email, basic office software, and internal systems.
  • Able to follow processes with attention to detail.
  • A team player who is reliable and willing to learn.
