My client is a large retailer based in Redditch who are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team at a busy period. You will be responsible for supporting candidates through the entire onboarding process.
Recruitment Administrator
Temporary – ongoing (3 months minimum)
£11.44 per hour
Monday – Friday / 8:45am-5pm
The Successful candidate will be joining an established administration team of 2 working within the Halfords Recruitment team, their duties will be but not limited to:
- Processing Compliance Checks.
- Arranging inductions / Start dates with stakeholders and candidates.
- Issue contracts through ATS.
- Support candidates through onboarding process.
- Diary Management.
- Making sure the correct information is advertised.
- Completing offers.
- Updating and maintaining internal records for training.
- New Hire and Internal Transfer administration.

- Attention to detail.
- Previous Office Experience (preferred)
- Administration background (preferred)
