General Receptionist for a long-term temporary role, working Saturdays from 07:45 to 16:00. This front-of-house position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming manner, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Manage sign-in/sign-out procedures for guests and staff
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and processing mail
- Provide support to other departments as required
- Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality protocols
Requirements:- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email systems)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Punctual and reliable
