Job Description

We are thrilled to be recruiting a Business Development & Sales Coordinator to support a business in Kingswinford .
This is a proactive telesales role focused on generating new business and converting opportunities into revenue.  What is nice about this role is it isn’t purely selling there are lots of administrative tasks in it too so if you want variety this role could be for you!

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Making outbound sales calls per day to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify decision-makers, present services confidently, and convert leads into sales.
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems and email campaigns.
  • Handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Prepare and issue quotations and follow up within 3–5 days to close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to secure renewals and repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and outcomes within the CRM system.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinate bookings and schedule inspections or training following successful sales.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to fulfil client requirements.
  • Ensure smooth order processing and handover for invoicing.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with client details, feedback, and sales outcomes.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
 
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a proactive mindset.
  • Previous sales experience is essential
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Well, organised with good attention to detail and basic administrative skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (including Outlook 365).
  • Good understanding of UK geography to support efficient scheduling of inspections and training.
 
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily call targets and sales KPIs.
  • Convert leads into revenue-generating clients.
  • Grow existing accounts through renewals and upselling.
  • Build and maintain a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.
