Pertemps are proud to be working with a well-established manufacturing business in Brierley Hill. We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator/Internal Sales to join their team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results driven and positive person to help explore and drive new opportunities to expand our customer base and turnover.

The main responsibilities would be

Researching new leads and contacts

Making cold calls

Responding to customer enquiries (email and telephone)

Generating and progressing quotations

Monitoring existing customer activity

Digital marketing

Operating our CRM system (Xapsys)

General sales admin tasks

Some occasional exposure to the other elements of the business administration is also to be expected - we are a small company and it’s important our staff are multi-talented.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Self-motivated

Analytical and a good communicator

Excellent telephone manner

Resilient and tenacious

Team player

IT (Microsoft Office) proficient

UK Driving licence
