We are currently recruiting for an experienced CAD Engineer to join a brilliant team on a permanent, day-shift basis at their Tipton facility. This role would suit a practical, detail-focused CAD Engineer who enjoys working closely with manufacturing and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Producing and modifying CAD drawings for manufacturing
- Creating detailed drawings from customer specifications and concepts
- Supporting production with technical drawings and revisions
- Liaising with engineering, production, and quality teams
- Maintaining accurate drawing records and documentation
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a CAD Engineer or CAD Technician role
- Strong ability to read and produce engineering drawings
- Experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes (metal / castings preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
