Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dudley
Salary: £40,000 per year
Shifts: Weekly rotation - 6am-2pm one week, 2pm-10pm the next

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a great team in Dudley. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical equipment to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on machinery and site equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum
Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and safety
Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with site and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a maintenance engineer or multi-skilled engineering role
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
Ability to work independently and within a team
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
