Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Black Country
Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30am–4:30pm, Fri 8:30am–4:00pm (37 hrs/week)
Type: Permanent
Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 + Paid Call-Outs + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment
Respond swiftly to plant breakdowns and carry out effective repairs
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely parts delivery
Coordinate tasks with operators and external contractors
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Support and lead on project installations and upgrades

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
Strong technical knowledge across:
Mechanical and electrical systems
Plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, combustion systems, instrumentation
Able to work independently and in a team
A proactive, problem-solving approach and can-do attitude
