Kingswinford | £16.00 – £17.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus
Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 14:30

Join a world-class precision engineering company specialising in the production of high-quality fasteners. We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our daytime shift team and help drive quality and performance in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Programming and setting CNC turning machines (Fanuc controls)
- Producing components to tight tolerances and customer specifications
- Reading engineering drawings and working independently to deliver high-precision parts
- Carrying out self-inspection and ensuring quality is maintained
- Reporting tooling needs and ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe
- Supporting continuous improvement and development of machining processes
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of CNC programming experience (Fanuc essential)
- Previous experience working with fasteners or in precision engineering
- Strong understanding of turning processes, hand tools, and measurements
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
- Self-motivated, reliable, and quality-focused
