Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Halesowen, Dudley | £48,485 (Incl. shift allowance + annual bonus)
3-Shift Rotation: 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | 10pm–6am

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:

Mechanically maintain and repair conveyors and production machinery
Respond swiftly to plant breakdowns and ensure minimal disruption
Perform PPM and TPM routines to improve machine reliability
Support ongoing improvement and installation projects
Work as part of a skilled, close-knit maintenance team

What We’re Looking For:

Time-served Mechanical Engineer (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
Someone who is Mechanically/Electrically - 70/30 bias
Proven experience in industrial/heavy environments
Confident reading and working from engineering drawings
Understanding of PLC systems (no programming required)
Knowledge of AC/DC motors, 1 & 3-phase electrics, and inverters a plus
