We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the upkeep and optimisation of plant equipment and systems. You’ll be responsible for both preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and carry out repairs.
Conduct root cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
Maintain accurate maintenance records using our CMMS system.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
Background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Hands-on experience with tools, PLCs, and CMMS software (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or degree in Engineering).
