We are recruiting a front of house Receptionist to support a business in Cradley Heath.
The role of Admin Assistant will contribute to the everyday running of a busy office. The ideal candidate should be organised, efficient and possess excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for contributing to everyday operations, that can include:
- Front of House duties; greeting clients / answering the telephone / taking meeting minutes
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing post; both electronic & real
- Filing; both electronic & real
- Typing
- Archiving & document management
The Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals across the business
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
- Must be able to work in a team, and on own initiative
- Ability to multitask
- Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable
